Applying our Governance, Risk and Compliance framework across the UK, Europe, and the USA. Carrying out due diligence on Umbrella companies, Personal Service Companies, and other intermediaries, and helping to maintain the Preferred Supplier List (PSL). Supporting the review of client business terms and contractor agreements, flagging anything that needs updating in line with current legislation. Conducting pre-employment checks, including right-to-work verification, references, and criminal background checks. Resolving onboarding, contract, and timesheet queries from clients and contractors promptly and professionally.
Working with the Outsourced compliance team and Head of Contract to ensure service levels, timeframes, and compliance standards are consistently achieved. Providing day-to-day guidance to recruiters and the Contractor Services team on compliance standards and onboarding processes. Preparing data for and contributing to monthly and quarterly compliance reports.
Collaborating with the Coex team to ensure all contractor onboarding and compliance processes meet client expectations. Working closely with the Finance Team and providing support during audits. Experience in a compliance, onboarding, or contractor services role, ideally within recruitment or staffing. Exposure to European and U.
S. markets is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to present information clearly, accurately, and professionally. A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. A strong customer service mindset, driven to deliver excellence and support a high-performing contract and compliance team.
A competitive salary and bonus structure. A culture of autonomy, support & inclusivity, we’ve created an environment to allow everyone to be the absolute best versions of themselves. Working directly with Co-Founders, Directors and heads of departments. Flexible working – work from home up to 3 days per week, flexible working hours and early Friday finish.
25 days holiday & birthday off. An individualised career plan and progression.
