Community Hospitals Business Specialist, Teton Medical Center Business Office (Full Time)

Provides administrative and operational support across clinical and financial workflows within the Critical Access Hospital (CAH) and Rural Health Clinic (RHC) settings. Ensure accurate patient registration, data reporting, billing, and documentation, while supporting cash management, materials management, and regulatory reporting.

Also serves as a liaison across departments to maintain efficient operations, compliance, and quality standards. Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.

Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures. Education/License/Experience Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required Certified Professional Coder (CPC) required Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Three (3) to five (5) years of administrative or office experience required, healthcare experience preferably Exemption Wage Non-Exempt Starting Wage $23.
