• Friday, weekend rotation We are looking for energetic and results driven Physical Therapist to provide therapeutic and holistic care for our patients in our inpatient hospital division. Maintaining achievable established productivity standards Completing appropriate documentation according to Company/department policies and procedures along with adhering to federal and state regulations Providing medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint and bone diseases Restoring patient function while relieving pain, with ambitions of avoiding disability Integrating Rehab Techs (support staff) in patient care plan Our ideal candidate will have: Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist specific to the State of Indiana Master's degree or higher as a Physical Therapist Current CPR certification Eligibility to Work: This position requires candidates to be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring current or future sponsorship for an employment visa (e.g., H-1B, OPT, etc.).
