“Lead and energize community recreation programs by organizing activities, coaching participants, and creating fun, safe experiences for all ages.” ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Monitors one or more assigned recreation activities or sports at an assigned recreation area. Organizes, supervises, and stimulates interest among children and adults in various types of recreational events and activities: creates and implements programs throughout our County; creates program planners; acquires space; determines staffing needs; recruits volunteers; promotes and supervises programming and events.
