Industrial Maintenance Technician

Description Fitesa is seeking a maintenance technician to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment whether it be electrical or mechanical. Pay: $26+ (+$2 diff for Wed-Su schedule) Shift: Monday-Friday OR Wednesday-Sunday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Benefits: Paid vacation Paid holidays 401(k) contribution (4% dollar-for-dollar match + additional 3% company discretionary contribution annually for those who qualify) Flexible insurance packages, including medical, vision, and dental, with no waiting period Requirements High School Diploma or GED Equivalent At least 3 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment What you will do: Perform maintenance skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.

Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service Perform a weekly checklist for machines and facilities. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service Assist painting, carpentry, concrete, plumbing and masonry work Assist in electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures Assist in Basic HVAC maintenance activities.

Other duties, activities or responsibilities as assigned Physical Requirements: Regularly lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs Stand and walk for extended periods Work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment Work around varying temperatures Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision as well as depth perception and ability to adjust focus Additional Information: Fitesa offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
