Senior Product Designer (Fully Remote - anywhere in South America)

The Role We Need: Pad. Split is hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape and improve experiences across our two-sided housing marketplace. Working on a growth-focused product team, you’ll tackle meaningful, complex problems for members and hosts, helping make it easier to find, access, and provide affordable housing.

You’ll play a central role in designing intuitive, human, and scalable experiences that create measurable impact for our customers and business. The Person We Are Looking For: We’re looking for a senior-level designer who blends strong product intuition, systems thinking, deep empathy for users, and growth-minded experimentation.
