Job Type: Full-time Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour , with an increase to $16.50 per hour upon certification to interpret.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients and serve as the receptionist in accordance with appointment and patient record policies. Schedule appointments and accurately answer and route telephone calls. Maintain patient records in accordance with established medical records policies. Process patient payments and perform other clerical duties, including billing, filing, typing, and data entry.

Assist patients with completing required forms and documentation. Provide interpretation services for patients after successfully completing the organization's interpreter certification process. Perform other duties as assigned. Ability to Relocate: Newport, TN: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person Requirements EDUCATION REQUIRED High school graduate or vocational high school graduate or high school equivalency.

LICENSES REQUIRED None Qualifications: Ability to quickly learn office procedures, policies, and workflows. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and maintain accurate financial records. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with patients, coworkers, and management.

Strong professional customer service skills. Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish is required. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software applications. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
