Goalkeeper Coach

Job Title: Goalkeeper Coach (Nor. Co Region) Colorado Rush is looking for a dedicated Goalkeeper Coach to lead the development of goalkeepers in the Northern Colorado (Nor. Co) Greeley region. This role focuses on delivering structured, high-quality training sessions that align with the club’s philosophy and support player growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and run a structured 16-session Goalkeeper Training program Deliver two training sessions per day (preferably on Fridays) Develop goalkeepers’ technical, tactical, and physical skills Create a positive and professional training environment Communicate with players, parents, and coaching staff Collaborate with team coaches to support overall goalkeeper development Qualifications: Previous coaching experience (goalkeeper experience preferred) Strong understanding of goalkeeper training and development Ability to organize and lead effective sessions Strong communication and leadership skills Passion for player development Position/Compensation: This is a part-time contractor (1099) position.

Compensation

is $35-$40 per session for a total of 16 sessions. Preferred day is Fridays with 2 sessions per day.
