IM=X Pilates & Fitness South Shore Front Desk Receptionist (Apollo Beach/ Fishhawk)

At IM=X Pilates & Fitness South Shore , our front desk team sets the tone for every client’s experience. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented person to be the welcoming face of our studio—someone who can keep operations running smoothly while making every member feel like they belong here. Our studio opens at 5:45 AM and closes at 8:00 PM , so flexibility is key.

What You’ll Do Member & Guest Experience Greet every member and guest with a warm, professional welcome. Check clients in and keep the flow of the studio running seamlessly. Give short, engaging tours for potential members and highlight the benefits of training with us. Thank clients on their way out to leave them with a great final impression.

Administrative Support Keep client records accurate and confidential. Manage schedules, appointments, and class bookings. Answer calls, emails, and in-person questions. Help with billing inquiries and account updates. Assist clients with retail purchases. Studio Operations Keep the front desk, lobby, and restrooms clean and stocked throughout your shift.

Restock and organize supplies as needed. Keep retail displays neat and appealing. Community & Events Represent the studio at local events, health fairs, and outreach opportunities. What We’re Looking For Strong organization and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a welcoming personality. Basic computer skills (MindBody experience a plus).

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Must be available for at least two weekend shifts per month . Light physical activity (walking, kneeling, lifting up to 25 lbs).
