Principal Software Developer Manager

Ulteig and its affiliated companies are hiring for a Principal Software Engineering Manager based in Costa Rica to lead and grow a team of Software Engineers solving complex technical problems through enterprise-grade, Azure-based solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role for an accomplished full-stack engineer who can move confidently from strategy and architecture through design, development, testing, telemetry, and delivery.

The Principal Software Engineer Manager combines people leadership, technical thought leadership, operational planning, and selective direct engineering contribution.

This position is in Costa Rica, supports Ulteig's software engineering organization, and collaborates with teams and stakeholders. This position reports to the Director of Software.
