Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Ohio required. A minimum of one-year experience AOD and/or Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred. CARN Certification preferred.

American Heart Association, Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification required. The RN/LPN will perform nursing assessments. Monitor and document the health status throughout stay. Administer medications and medical treatment as ordered. The RN/LPN will maintain client safety. Maintain sensitive and confidential information.
