Who You Are

You have leadership experience (min. 6 months) and a passion for helping people grow. You’re people-oriented and know how to inspire, coach, and empower your team. You’re results-focused and motivated by impact and measurable outcomes. You’re hands-on, working side-by-side with your team every day. You communicate confidently in English (B2+) and thrive in a multicultural setting.

You hold a bachelor’s degree. What You’ll Do Lead and support a team of 5+ collaborators. Oversee the daily activity of the commercial sourcing team and ensure targets are met. Track KPIs, analyze results, and propose action plans. Recruit, train, coach, and motivate your team toward performance.
