Production Manager I
Job description
Responsible for meeting all operational and financial goals in accordance with the company’s overall goals and strategies for the Winston Salem Packaging Division.
The Production Manager is responsible for manning all equipment and ensuring that equipment personnel are safety and quality conscious.
Effectively lead and direct a manufacturing cell (24/7) to maximize the financial benefit. Duties include maximizing machine utilization and output at minimum cost, producing a quality product, reducing scrap, and ensuring a safe work environment.
