Engineering Technician - Regent Kuala Lumpur (Pre-opening)

Keep all equipment in good repair with a minimum of downtime by providing day-to-day maintenance of the hotel and to complete maintenance work orders from all departments on a timely basis by following hotels standard operating procedures. Inspect, clean, log and maintain all electrical switchgear and distribution networks and systems.

Maintain and repair all electrical appliances. Replace electrical light emitting devices according to schedule or when required. Inspect, clean, maintain, and repair all electrical lighting fixtures, floodlighting, signage, socket outlets, circuit breakers and emergency lighting installations. Maintain emergency power supply and uninterruptible power supply systems.

Service electrical motors and controls. Carry out preventive maintenance tasks on all electrical equipment and distribution boards. To be thoroughly familiar with all regulations regarding the electrical discipline, safety at work and observe these meticulously at all times. Observe cleanliness at the place of work and on the job after completion of work at all times.
