Duties:

• Professionally represent the company to customers via walk-in and telephone communications
• Work with customers to troubleshoot machine part issues to identify their needs
• Assist with inventory management for the parts department to include but not limited to cycle counts, system updates and tracking
• Unloading and sorting of whole goods freight
• Annual warehouse inventory
• Continuous maintenance of customer relationships to include timely follow-ups and check-ins
• Will maximize gross margin contribution through sales
• Learn and execute financing options in order to assist customers
• Constantly strive to improve knowledge of features of all equipment and parts sold by dealership Requirements
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50lbs
• Forklift certified
• Must have at least 2 years of previous parts/inventory experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, and able to maintain a professional image and demeanor
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Must have at least a moderate level of point-of-sale system experience
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background and drug test)
• Ability to see in full range color
• Ability to kneel, climb, bend, twist, lift and squat
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs
