Land Contracts Specialist / Senior Land Contracts Specialist

Join Blu. Earth’s Legal team and play a key role in managing the lifecycle of land agreements and related obligations that support our renewable energy operations. Working closely with Project Development, Corporate Development, Finance, Operations, and Accounting, you will ensure agreements are effectively administered, obligations are tracked, and stakeholders are supported through a collaborative, practical, and solutions-focused approach.

Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential. This position is ideally based in Calgary, with consideration given to candidates located in Guelph or San Diego. This is an office-based role and is eligible for Blu. Earth’s hybrid work program.
