Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Food Service Supervisor and direction of the Cook and/or Lead Cook assists in preparing and serving food and related activities. Esparto Elementary School Cafeteria Assistant 5 hours per day (.625 FTE) Start Date: 10/01/2026 Hours: 8:30am - 2pm Requirements / Qualifications Ed. Join Application Letter of Introduction Resume 3 Letters of Recommendation (within the last year) TB Test (upon hire) Graduation from high school or equivalent Valid Driver’s License Valid Serv-Safe Certificate (by hire date) Valid Food Handlers Card (by hire date) The ability to read, write and perform basic math skills.
