Fleet Maintenance Advisor, Heavy Rents

WHAT YOU’LL DO: The Fleet Maintenance Advisor is the primary contact throughout the fleet equipment repair process to ensure maximized utilization, coordination, and clear communications with Heavy Rents Fleet Maintenance Manager, Heavy Rents Service Supervisor, Service Advisors, Lead Technicians, & various support functions. This role works closely with Heavy Rents leadership to ensure goals are achieved by maintaining detailed correspondence and documentation throughout the process.

This includes but is not limited to: creation of the work order, warranty/policy issues, and invoice/follow-up, and managing promise end dates in alignment with the Heavy Rents Dashboard, while providing thorough documentation of damage and justification of charges to Coordinators and Sales Reps.
