Job Title: Shift Lead Officer – Healthcare Location: New Milford, CT Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week Shift: Morning shift, Tuesday–Saturday, 06:30–14:30 Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour About the Role We’re looking for a reliable and professional Shift Lead Officer to support a healthcare client in New Milford. In this role, you’ll provide security services on-site and lead the officers on your shift to ensure a safe, calm, and professional environment for staff, patients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support security officers during the morning shift Ensure all post orders and site procedures are followed Monitor access control, visitor management, and general safety on site Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm and professional manner Complete incident reports and daily activity logs accurately and on time Communicate effectively with client staff, visitors, and your Securitas team Support training and onboarding of new officers on your shift Maintain a professional appearance and represent Securitas values at all times Requirements Prior security, military, law enforcement, or related experience preferred Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Ability to work the set schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 06:30–14:30 Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and respond quickly in emergencies High school diploma or GED Must meet all licensing and background requirements as per state and client regulations What We Offer Stable, full-time schedule (40 hours per week) Competitive pay at $21.
