About the Role

Looking for a steady daytime job? Our Front Royal DC is hiring one safety-focused First Shift Loader to support outbound shipping. This is a hands-on role with solid pay, extra earning opportunities, and real room to grow. 💰 Pay $22.00/hr base pay Strong growth potential for reliable, consistent performers ☀️ Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Daytime hours Overtime as needed What You’ll Do Load trucks using forklifts and other equipment Check product for quality and accuracy Maximize trailer space safely and efficiently Follow all safety standards and SOPs Keep a clean, organized workspace What We’re Looking For Reliable, with a strong work ethic Able to lift up to 50 lbs Warehouse or forklift experience preferred Comfortable in a fast-paced environment 🏥 What We Offer – Benefits Start in Just 30 Days!

• Pay Range: - $15.00 - $26.17
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
