Nurses are trained to care for the hospital peritoneal dialysis (PD) population. 3 General Medicine is also the back-up for surgical overflow for abdominal, genitourinary, wound debridement, and other general surgeries. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED: High School Diploma or Equivalent; or, be of at least 16 years of age with an active C.

N.A. certification. Good verbal communication skills Must be one of the following:#(N/A for PCA,SNA or PCT) C.N.A PCA, SNA- Must have completed one of the following: Patient Care Experience Completed a C.N.A. Program Completed at least sophomore year of a nursing program License/Certifications/Special Requirements: Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing on the state Nurse Aide Registry.
