Internal Audit Intern

The Internal Audit Team is responsible for providing independent assurance over FM’s risk management, governance and internal control processes. As an Internal Audit Intern in our Luxembourg Office, you will support the Manager Internal Audit

• EMEA/APAC with reporting tasks as well as the Internal Audit team by performing audit procedures and documenting results for EMEA and Global audit engagements.

Key responsibilities include

Assisting with fieldwork and reporting as assigned on EMEA and Global internal audit engagements, Performing audit procedures outlined in the audit program, Documenting test results, Keeping managers apprised of progress, Clearing review notes, Gathering audit evidence, synthesizing and analysing data using appropriate methodologies and tools, Helping with the preparation of reports and presentations for process owners, Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Student enrolled in or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field required. Previous internship experience in audit, operational risk, or compliance would be an asset. Basic understanding of accounting principles, control procedures, audit techniques, computer systems, and general business operations.

Willingness to learn, curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and integrity. Sound analytical and judgment skills, with a problem-solving mindset. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. Fluent in English. Additional Information:
