Senior Executive - Finance

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Executive

• Finance to support the Finance & Accounts function in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, bank reconciliations, salary remittances, cash handling, manufacturing accounting, audit support, compliance and MIS reporting.

Required Skills

& Competencies Accounting principles, Tally/SAP, AP/AR, raw material accounting, bank reconciliation, statutory compliance, audit support, advanced MS Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills. Detailed Responsibilities Maintain books of accounts and day-to-day accounting entries. Manage vendor payments and vendor payment trackers.

Monitor accounts receivable and collection follow-ups. Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements. Coordinate salary remittances and banking activities. Handle raw material and inventory accounting. Support internal, external and statutory audits. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures. Generate MIS and financial reports for Manager Finance.

Perform cash handling and bookkeeping activities.

Requirements

Semi qualified CA/ICWA Preferred Experience in manufacturing and engineering industry with good understanding of ERP in Finance Function. 2-3 years in manufacturing industry - finance and accounts.
