Gaming industry. This role is responsible for managing payment service providers (PSPs), improving transaction performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting seamless deposit and withdrawal experiences across European and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with payment service providers (PSPs), gateways, and financial partners Monitor and optimize payment performance, including approval rates, processing times, and transaction success rates Oversee deposit and withdrawal processes to ensure a smooth user experience Support integration and onboarding of new payment methods across target markets Ensure compliance with regulatory, AML, and KYC requirements in relevant jurisdictions Analyze payment data, identify trends, and implement performance improvements Collaborate with risk, compliance, product, and tech teams to enhance payment flows Monitor fraud risks, chargebacks, and payment-related issues Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3–6+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or related roles Strong understanding of payment systems, PSPs, and transaction flows Experience working in regulated environments or multi-country operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Professional proficiency in English Preferred Qualifications Experience in the i.
