Job Title: Courtesy Security Officer -Austin Job Type: Full-time (Must Be Able to Start Immediately) Location: Austin, TX Salary: $22.00 Hourly Shifts: ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE (Weekday, Weekends, Overnights) Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Courtesy Officer/Customer Service representative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors, ensuring their safety and security, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors as needed Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the premises Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid if necessary Report any suspicious activity or incidents to the appropriate authorities Assist with parking and traffic control as needed Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in customer service or security preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays If you are a self-starter with a passion for customer service and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
