Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Social)

About the Team

In this role, you’d be joining the Marketing team. The marketing team helps people discover The Black Tux, understand what sets us apart, and feel confident choosing us for their big moments. We use smart strategy and creative storytelling to bring new customers in and keep them coming back. What You’ll Do To further this important mission, we are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Social Focus) to own the day-to-day management, optimization, and growth of our paid social program.

This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA, reporting to the Director, Performance Marketing. This is a hands-on role and will work directly in-platform, digging into performance, launching and optimizing campaigns, and continually testing new ways to drive efficient customer acquisition and revenue. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our creative, brand, e-commerce, and analytics teams to connect media performance with creative strategy and broader business results.
