Express Service Advisor

We’re looking for an energetic Express Service Advisor who can keep things moving while making sure every customer feels taken care of. If you’re organized, friendly, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with people—we want to meet you! What You’ll Do Greet customers and get their service visit started Write up express maintenance and service needs Keep customers updated on timing and recommendations Work closely with technicians to keep vehicles moving Review maintenance needs and help customers understand their options Deliver a quick, easy, and positive customer experience What We’re Looking For Automotive or customer-service experience preferred Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with customers Able to multitask and stay organized when things get busy Dependable, motivated, and ready to learn Someone who takes ownership and follows through A teammate who brings good energy to the drive Why Us?
