In-Home Caregiver / Senior Support Specialist

Location:** Fort Collins & Surrounding Northern CO Areas (Loveland, Estes Park, Greeley)

Position Type:** Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Shifts Available

Pay Range:** $20.00 - $23.00+ / hour (dependent on shift, location, & client care level)*

What You’ll Do

As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll support local seniors and individuals in maintaining their independence, safety, and dignity right where they feel most comfortable-at home.

Companionship & Engagement:** Build meaningful relationships through conversation, hobbies, and supportive daily presence.

Personal Care Support:** Assist with daily routines including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility/transfers.

Meal Preparation & Light Housekeeping:** Prepare nutritious meals, assist with light chores, laundry, and keep the home clean and comfortable.

Medication Reminders:** Help clients stay on track with daily care plans and health schedules.

Transportation & Errands:** Accompany clients to appointments, grocery store trips, or community outings.

Who You Are

Compassionate & Reliable:** You show up on time, communicate clearly, and genuinely care about making a positive impact.

Valid Driver’s License:** Reliable vehicle with active auto insurance (required for client transportation/rural visits).

Background Check:** Ability to pass a standard criminal background check and drug screen.

Experience:** Prior caregiving or CNA/HHA experience is a plus, but we are happy to train candidates with the right heart and dedication!
