Salary: $55,000 – $62,000 / year (DOE) Bonus available

Job Summary

The Prescott Valley Branch Manager provides leadership, operational oversight, compliance management, and program growth for Endeavor DDD Services. This role oversees Care Coordinators and the Front Office Coordinator, ensuring individuals with developmental and special needs receive high-quality, person-centered services that promote dignity, independence, and quality of life.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is compassionate, high-energy, and fun, while maintaining professionalism and accountability. The ideal candidate leads with heart, creates structure, holds people to high standards, and makes staff feel proud of the meaningful work they do every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and support Care Coordinators and front desk staff through regular weekly 1-on-1s, coaching, and accountability.
• Operations & Metrics: Track weekly branch goals, including client intakes, DSP onboarding, service continuity, and billing units.
• Compliance & Quality: Maintain compliance with AZ DES, DDD, and AHCCCS standards. Oversee credentialing and schedule trainings (CPR, First Aid, Article 9).
• Financial & Administrative: Manage branch operating expenses, review payroll exceptions, and ensure accurate billing.
• Community & Client Engagement: Serve as the main escalation point for families and staff, partnering with the Community Liaison to drive local growth in the valley.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business, Human Services (or equivalent experience).
• Supervisory Experience: Minimum 2 years leading teams in DDD Services, DDD, or related human services fields.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Arizona DDD regulations, DDD Services services, and Medicaid billing.
• Leadership Style: Ability to lead with love, service, high energy, compassion, structure, and accountability.

Required Certifications & Licensure

AZ DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (must be obtained within ninety (90) days of hire)

CPR & First Aid Certification(must be obtained within the first thirty (30) days of hire)Article 9 Training Certification(must be obtained within the first thirty (30) days of hire)Valid Arizona driver's license with current, valid automobile insurance maintained throughout employment.

• Salary: $55,000 – $62,000 annually
• Paid Time Off: 80 hours PTO per year + 10 Paid Holidays
