We're looking for a proven Service Advisor who knows how to deliver exceptional customer service, drive service department revenue, and get results!

Beckley Chevrolet is seeking a seasoned, highly motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing Fixed Operations team.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for an experienced professional who understands dealership service operations, knows how to build customer relationships, and has a proven track record of producing strong sales and customer satisfaction results.

What We're Looking For

• Prior automotive dealership Service Advisor experience REQUIRED.
• Proven ability to sell maintenance, repairs, and recommended services.
• Strong understanding of automotive service operations and repair processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume service drive efficiently.
• Experience presenting repair estimates, handling objections, and closing service sales.
• Strong follow-up skills and a commitment to customer retention.
• Ability to work closely with technicians, parts personnel, and management.
• A competitive, results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic.
• GM/Chevrolet dealership experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and accurately document service concerns.
• Perform thorough vehicle walkarounds and identify service opportunities.
• Present and sell manufacturer-recommended maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process.
• Maximize hours per repair order, effective labor rate, and customer-pay sales while maintaining customer trust.
• Ensure accurate repair orders, estimates, and timely customer updates.
• Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Consistently achieve individual sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction objectives.
