Job description
Community Memorial Hospital, a Critical Access Hospital committed to providing excellent care to our community, is seeking a Full Time Perioperative Scrub Tech that should have an in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology and understanding of hemostasis. Must understand the procedures being performed, anticipates the needs of the surgeon and confirms requisite surgical packs, instruments and equipment are present are present and operational.
Must have the knowledge and ability to ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure, maintains active communication with the RN circulator and other perioperative team members to ensure safe care and is vigilant about maintenance of the sterile field.
