We’re looking for a commercially minded Head of Data & AI to shape how a fast-moving, international financial services business uses data and AI to work smarter, move faster and make better decisions.

This is a genuine transformation role — not AI for the sake of headlines. You’ll lead the strategy, redesign workflows, scale practical AI adoption and empower teams with trusted, self-service data. The opportunity: ? Lead AI strategy, implementation and measurable business impact ? Build a trusted data foundation and champion self-service analytics ?

Embed AI into everyday business operations ? Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team ? Partner with senior leadership, Data Engineering and Compliance ? Drive innovation in a complex, multi-jurisdictional financial services environment We’re looking for someone who brings: ✔️ Proven leadership across Data, Analytics or AI ✔️ A track record of taking AI solutions from idea to adoption ✔️ Strong SQL, data modelling, dbt and cloud data warehouse expertise ✔️ Commercial thinking, stakeholder influence and a hands-on delivery mindset ✔️ Financial services, trading or brokerage experience The split?
