Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Conduct nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions for changes requiring intervention. Assist with sick calls, chronic care management, and other patient healthcare needs. Respond to medical concerns and emergencies according to established protocols. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical documentation. Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote patient safety and continuity of care. Follow established clinical protocols, facility procedures, and applicable nursing standards.

Qualifications

✅ Qualifications Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina or a multistate license valid for practice in North Carolina. Current CPR certification or ability to obtain as required. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.

Commitment to patient confidentiality, professional ethics, and quality care. Ability to work in a safe, secure correctional environment.
