Business Analyst – Data Engineering | 8–12 Years 8–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Data-focused BA. Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with large datasets.

Good understanding of Data Engineering concepts – ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data warehousing, data modelling. Experience with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Teradata, Snowflake or similar. Experience in data profiling, data quality, reconciliation and validation. Knowledge of Python/PySpark is an advantage. Experience with Power BI/Tableau and analytical reporting.

Strong requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Experience with Airflow, cloud data platforms, APIs and data integration. Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI data use cases. Ideal Profile: 40% Business Analysis + 40% Data Engineering/Data Analysis + 20% Stakeholder & Delivery Management
