Handle the whole process of providing Vehicle loan to customers. Follow up EMI customers & arrears customers for collection.

Developing the new market area and gathering market information. Always try to make new dealers in the market to generate sales. Maintaining good relation with Dealers and also with existing Clients. Identify bottlenecks / areas of development in the entire customer life cycle process and share insights with product desk.

Knowledge of CV, LCV, Refinance Knowledge of Dealerships of Commercial Vehicle in local market Job Requirements Job Role Post Graduate Diploma in Management. Excellent Interpersonal and People Management Skills. Strong Financial acumen. Stakeholder management & team handling skills. Innovative & Zeal to work on challenging assignments.

P Job Role Handle customer service tasks including account opening, DMAT services, and grievance resolution. Educate customers on product features and assist with service requests like cheque book issuance. Achieve sales targets for bank and investment products through cross-selling and referrals. Enhance customer value by offering relevant financial solutions beyond their stated needs.

Support relationship managers handling HNI clients and ensure low attrition rates. Maintain a balance between service excellence and sales performance.
