What you’ll be doing: Prepares daily deposits of various types of payments such as checks, ACH, wire payments, cash, credit card, etc. Responsible for posting entries and processing them into bank account. Manages Accounts Receivables by customers/CLDRs/Affiliates and collects payments. Email invoices as requested by customers Bank reconciliation.

Files payment details. Researches and processes customer disputes. Researches and processes charge backs, returns, and bad checks. Answers accounts receivable phone inquiries and follows up.

Who you are

You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, administration or equivalent experience ( Recent college graduates more than welcome! ) Around one year of experience in an administrative/clerical type role You possess knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel Your strengths are prioritizing, working in a fast-paced environment, you’re customer-oriented and have a good sense of urgency Advanced English level is a must Work Schedule: GDL Office Monday-Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM and 8:00AM-5:00PM CST Perks & Benefits of OEC Group Law benefits After successfully completing a standard 90-day probationary period the employee is provided with the following benefits package.
