About the Role

As a Behavior Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing client treatment plans, providing supervision for behavior technicians, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team—all under one roof! Innovative ABA Practices: Integrate Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBIs) with ABA principles to promote holistic development. Pod Leadership: Lead a team of clients and RBTs, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions using our trauma-responsive philosophy. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside SLPs, OTs, Counselors, Teachers, and Art, Music, and Rec Specialists for comprehensive client care.

Clinical Supervision & Training: Mentor RBTs, conduct CEU trainings, and assist with competency assessments for new hires. Qualifications

Master’s Degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
