We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Consultant to join our growing Parts Department.

About the Role

As a Parts Consultant at Steven Toyota, you will assist service technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts by identifying, sourcing, and selling automotive parts and accessories. You will play a key role in ensuring the Parts Department operates efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service and supporting dealership profitability.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Accurately identify and source automotive parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership software.

Process parts sales, special orders, and customer transactions. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control. Receive, stock, label, and organize incoming parts shipments. Process parts returns, warranty parts, and core returns. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional Parts Department. Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service.

Work closely with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability. Support overall dealership operations and departmental goals.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent and prior auto parts sales experience (preferred) Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment Strong interpersonal and time management skills Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents Ability to calculate figures/amounts including; discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volume Valid driver's license and clean driving record
