• Mustang, OK, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: 1st Shift, Job Category: Recruiting, POSITION SUMMARY As a Driver Recruiting Processor you’ll be working alongside the Driver Recruiters, processing their applications, requestions verifications, and maintaining driver qualification files.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Converse with drivers by telephone or in person to provide & collect information. Keep accurate records of all driver qualification files. Routinely audit driver qualification files. Process driver applications efficiently and accurately. Coordinate appointments for drivers regarding DOT drug & alcohol tests and DOT functionals.

Recommend improvements to support preventative measures. Converse with Risk and Compliance departments to maintain accurate data. Book travel for drivers as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

SKILLS & ABILITIES Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; required Experience: 1+ years of relatable experience; preferred Computer Skills: AS400 experience; a plus Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; preferred Essential Skills: Ability to tolerate high stress situation. Proactive mindset and strong personal accountability.

Strong attention to details and record keeping. Able to work professionally with diverse group of people internally and externally. Ability to multitask and make quick decisions
