Casino Attendant

Job Title: Casino Attendant Reports to : Casino Manager Compensation Type: Hourly Summary of Position : Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional gaming experience for our guests.

Duties and Responsibilities

Greet customers with a smile and if possible, by name Serve guests beverages at the lottery machines Cash lottery tickets and make change for guests Balance lottery drawer at beginning and end of shift Perform opening and closing duties Work accurately with large sums of money Make sure the casino, machines and bathrooms are always kept clean.

Follow all health and safety regulations Strictly adhere to all state and local laws associated with video lottery play and alcohol consumption Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return Must be available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays Ability to adapt to changes in our business strategies Qualifications: Responsible, reliable and punctual.

Strong customer service and communication skills Basic knowledge of video lottery games and machine functions Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time Be able to lift, bend, stoop and reach… unless a doctor's note is provided with descriptive limitations Must be of at least 21 years of age
