Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and submit monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual, and annual financial reports Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis, including commentary for management Manage general accounting activities, including accruals, reclassifications, and ledger accuracy Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances Ensure accurate cost management for labor, overhead, and project‑related costs Support project and tender financials, including cost recovery, JV arrangements, and cash flow optimization Work closely with project controls and operational teams on financial setup and ongoing management Provide support on tax‑related matters and statutory reporting requirements Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements Act as a trusted finance business partner to non‑finance stakeholders Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce CPA or CIMA certification preferred At least 5 years’ experience in accounting or commercial finance Experience in construction, engineering, or property industry is an advantage Proven experience working with non‑finance stakeholders Advanced Excel skills, including strong experience in Power Query and data transformation Experience using ERP and financial reporting systems Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines 📍 Location: Makati City 🏢 Work Arrangement: Work‑in‑Office
