Responsibilities

•Assist in promoting quality of life for our residents. •Assist residents with all ADL’s. •Take vital signs and weights and reports to RN/LPN team leader. •Ambulate, lift and transfer residents as per individual care plans. •Assist with feeding residents, tray distribution and recording of intakes per policy. •Interact and foster a positive relationship with staff, residents, and families consistently projecting a positive, caring, courteous and responsive environment.

•Observe and report resident needs, abnormal conditions and/or behavioral changes.
