Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2025 and is currently a small but growing team of two, with a strong focus on building something meaningful from the ground up. Prior to opening the agency, I spent several years as an Area Manager with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where I developed a passion for leadership, team development, and performance-driven environments.

After being recruited by State Farm, I saw an opportunity to create a business that combined competitiveness, teamwork, and long-term impact. Family is a major priority here

Outside the office, giving back matters to us as well. I currently coach basketball at the Boys & Girls Club and am excited to become even more involved in the local community as we continue to put down roots. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
