Seasonal Kitchen Assistant

We're looking for two Seasonal Kitchen Assistants to join our kitchen team at The Station House, Cheadle Hulme , supporting us through the busy festive period and into the New Year. This is a fixed-term position from mid-November 2026 until 31 January 2027 , ideal for someone looking for temporary work in a busy, friendly pub kitchen.

As a Kitchen Assistant, you'll play an important part in keeping our kitchen running smoothly.

Your responsibilities

will include washing pots and kitchen equipment, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, helping with basic food preparation and supporting the chefs during busy services.

What we're looking for

A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in Someone reliable, hardworking and happy to work as part of a team The ability to keep calm and organised in a busy kitchen Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and over the festive period Previous kitchen experience is helpful, but not essential In return, you'll be joining a supportive team where everyone plays a part in delivering great food and hospitality.

Please note: This is a seasonal, fixed-term contract ending on 31 January 2027. Applicants must be available to work throughout the Christmas and New Year period.
