Legal Counsel 3

Provide legal support across all lines of business enabling profitable growth while mitigating legal risks and assure adherence to governance policies, ethics, and country specific laws and regulations Support Oracle’s AI and technology business in Brazil, advising on commercial opportunities involving AI, cloud infrastructure, databases, enterprise applications, and professional services.

Draft, review, and negotiate technology agreements, including cloud subscriptions, software licenses, AI-related terms, professional services agreements, amendments, and NDAs. Help enable customer adoption of AI through pilots, proofs of concept, and enterprise deployments, working with business teams and specialist counsel to address data use, confidentiality, intellectual property, model outputs, privacy, and contractual responsibilities.

Provide practical legal support for strategic enterprise accounts, partnering with Sales, Deal Management, Finance, and global Legal teams to structure transactions, coordinate approvals, and resolve contractual issues. Monitor AI, privacy, and technology regulatory developments and translate relevant changes into actionable business guidance.

Develop contractual templates, negotiation guidance, and training to improve legal support, while managing a varied transactional and advisory portfolio with sound judgment and appropriate escalation of complex or sensitive matters.
