Looking for a courtroom-focused litigation position where you can make an immediate impact? The City and Borough of Juneau Law Department is seeking an attorney to join its criminal prosecution team. WHAT YOU’LL DO The Assistant Attorney I/II is primarily dedicated to criminal prosecution, handling misdemeanor offenses including driving under the influence, larceny, assault, code enforcement, and other municipal crimes.
From arraignments through jury trials, this position manages an independent caseload alongside another Assistant Attorney, appears regularly in court, and works closely with the Juneau Police Department and other justice partners to promote public safety. WHO WE’RE LOOKING...
