Middle School Special Education Paraprofessional

SAU #6 is seeking patient, caring, and reliable Paraprofessionals to join our educational support team. Paraprofessionals play a vital role in creating safe, positive, and supportive learning environments for all students. In this role, you will work directly under the direction of classroom teachers and special education specialists to assist students individually or in small groups with academic instruction, social-emotional skill building, behavioral support, and daily routines.

Qualifications

& Requirements Education: High School Diploma required. Certification: New Hampshire Paraeducator Certification (Para I or Para II) is highly preferred (or willingness to pursue certification upon hire). Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, dependability, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment for students of all abilities.
