Deli Lead

Description The Deli Lead helps lead team members by ensuring the day-to-day convenience store operations are completed by performing, assisting, and guiding. The Lead Associate is a vital member of our organization playing an essential role in ensuring a positive experience for customers and great work environment for team members.

The self-motivated, service-orientated individual will be accountable for demonstrating Northdale’s culture of exceptional customer service and team orientated mindset.

and Duties Maintain high level of customer service. Maintain a positive work environment for all team members. Resolve cash tills at the end of shift. Generate accurate till reports for each register. Ensure all food is prepared and quality is maintained. Manage and perform all check-out functions on a daily basis.

Communicate clearly and openly with customers. Serve as the primary point-of-contact for customer service associates and customers when Assistant Manager and Store Manager are not present. Assist in performing, implementing, and enforcing established daily operating procedures.

Qualifications

High School Diploma preferred. 6 months of retail experience preferred. Effective communication skills. Ability to motivate employees. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and problem-solve. Strong work ethic
