About the Role

PolyNovo is currently searching for a Professional Education Specialist to contribute to the success of the Professional Education department by managing projects, developing training modules, and supporting professional education events, including labs, live case demonstrations, and virtual programs. This role requires professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders and involves monitoring, reporting, and supporting departmental initiatives and activities. Additionally, you will provide direct support to the Senior Manager of Professional Education. The ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment is essential at all levels of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support physician faculty in the peer-to-peer program by managing day-to-day operations of all Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagements, including communication, scheduling, documentation, and evaluations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute training modules for healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and execute wet and dry labs that support departmental objectives.
  • Create program deliverables and program collateral, such as communication materials, tracking data, program calendars, brochures, and decision guides, in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Develop and execute virtual programs per department objectives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support Professional Education events with planning and attendance.
  • Coordinate professional meetings and events to support departmental objectives.
  • Assess trends, successes, and opportunities for improvement related to programming and report to Sr. Manager, Professional Education.
  • Maintain program platforms to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
  • Provide recommendations to improve efficiency and help achieve departmental goals.
  • Manage projects to ensure successful execution of departmental initiatives.
  • Monitor compliance with relevant regulations and report any deviations.
  • Ensure adherence to U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies, and operating procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-3 years in medical device or healthcare required.
  • Proven experience in program implementation, including planning, execution, and evaluation.

Experience:

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, particularly those involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated skill in prioritizing and handling multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Experience working effectively in ambiguous virtual settings, adapting to changing circumstances and needs.
  • Strong collaborative skills, with a track record of working successfully within team environments.
  • Experience coordinating professional meetings and events, ensuring smooth execution and effective communication.
  • Proficient in using project management software to track progress and facilitate team collaboration.
  • Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Office products.

**Salary Range: **$130,000-140,000
