OVERVIEW
Our Survey Project Manager / Coordinator is responsible for managing & coordinating field teams, supporting CAD Design/Drafting, managing projects and interacting with clients. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: North Carolina PLS Licensure or LSIT on track to get licensure. 4-10+ years of experience in Land Surveying & Geomatics including Topographic & Boundary surveying, Construction staking for large Civil Land Development projects.
Experience managing projects, coordinating survey field teams and supporting CAD drafting & review. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and CAD. A valid driver's license, an acceptable motor vehicle record, cleared background check and a negative drug test result. WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT: Civil 3D and/or Micro. Station experience Self-motivated Excellent problem-solving skills.

DURING YOUR WORKDAY, YOU WILL: Successfully lead projects and coordinate filed teams Efficiently balance workload and resources. Provide technical, design and project management services in support of surveying.
